It’s a few thousand dollars they want off, which adds a minimal amount to their mortgage payment but which is that much less that we will lose. Because we are going to lose no matter what. What’s the deal? AND they get the gov stimulus (assuming they even get approved or get their a$$ in gear and accept our offer) and we get nothing. Let’s just pull up our panties
